Refund Policy

Effective Date: 23 May 2026

1. Physical Book Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The order is lost during delivery

  • Duplicate payments were made in error

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, eBooks and downloadable content are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor printing or packaging variations

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method where possible.
